We got this as a gift, the warning sticker left soaks away and leaves bits of paper and glue floating the water. It's impossible to remove it. We wash the net regularly but it got moldy still. Now we can use it and there's no replacement net to buy, what a waste!

Three impossible stickers

Stickers on the tub interior are impossible to remove. Why can't they use the same adhesive as they did for the exterior sticker and make it peel away? The three enormous warning stickers INSIDE the tub are impossible to fully scrape or soak away, and I don't want my baby accidentally soaking in flecks of sticker and adhesive.

Not a fan of this bathtub. Right away, I knew I was going to have trouble with the design.
1) the infant seating (stage 1) doesnt accommodate larger babies. My son was born quite long and his feet was sticking out of the bathtub. We couldn't find a comfortable position for him. .
2) The stage 2 seating just made him sit in an awkward position! The position of the net pushed his head forward which I'm sure isn't comfortable for the baby and there's not enough back support for the baby to sit to accommodate the head area.
The product is just poorly designed for smaller babies. My (now) three month old has decent neck strength but still isn't fully ready to sit on his own.. he's too big for stage one but not strong enough to use the stage 2 position.
I wouldn't recommend this tub.

Stickers are impossible to take off

I bought this tub last week for our newborn and there are three stickers on the insider of the tub that is impossible to take off. Even after spending over an hour using different methods to remove the stickers and adhesive, there is still a sticky glue residue. Not sure if I can even use the tub at this point. I should have purchased a different tub. Waste of time and money.

I bought this tub for my son when he was two days old and now at 9 months still use it. The sling was comfy for the newborn stage and worked perfect. Never any issues. I put it in the big tub so my 9month and 22 month can bathe at the same time, and they LOVE it. I've taken it outside like a pool and used it as a chair. With my oldest we went through like 4 tubs her first year and i hated all of them. This was a good price, safe, a d built well. Definitely recommend!!

I bought this item before my baby was born in April. After he was born we used it once a week. We noticed that after few uses the blue sling started to smell like rotten water. We wash the sling as per directions and it still has a nasty smell. Now my son is 5 months and we bath him more often and the sling is still smelling. I am dissapointed in this.

Can't get the sling off and it's mildewed and mold

I bought this about 5 weeks ago. At first I thought it was great, but you can't remove the sling to wash it and it's mildewed and moldy and disgusting. I've tried a million ways to get the sling off and cannot, although it is supposed to be able to transition as the baby grows. I would not recommend this product.

I received this tub as a baby shower gift and was so excited to use it. After about 6 weeks, the mesh insert started to smell like mildew and change colour. We air dired the mesh and washed it, and even after one use it still smells. The stickers on the tub are also hard to peel off - and they flake in the water whenever we bathe the little one. Now, we are looking for a new tub as this one is a huge disappointment!

The tub is just OK. The sling part needs regular cleaning but it is VERY difficult to clean! Takes a lot of manpower and time trying to remove the sling. There is noticeably no direction/instruction on sling removal and it is extremely frustrating taking it out each time!

I got this as a baby shower gift and thought it was the cutest thing. After using it for 3months it smells like mildew no matter what I do. The sling doesn't dry well and the smell stays even with hand washing. The other issue is the warning labels inside the tub won't peel off but when they get wet they start to flake. So my little ends up with sticker pieces in her tub. Don't waste your money on this product.

The tub is very nice except it's covered in big warning stickers on the inside that must be removed as they are not water proof. When you try to remove them they leave a very sticky patch of glue behind that doesn't seem to go away with anything. Now the tub is ruined. I tried emailing customer service as I live abroad, but they never got back to me.

I purchased this product and the rest of the collection. I dry the rinser and hang the tub to dry. I noticed little specks of mold and when I looked closely, the ridges in the rinser were covered. The bathtub and sling were covered! For a product that is supposed to be used with water given that it is supposedly mold resistant, it fails to deliver. It has been a nightmare thinking how long was the mold there before noticing. Terrible!

I understand there are neglectful people out there that need to be warned not to leave their infants in the bath unsupervised, so I get the three stickers inside the bath need to be placed for the company to cover themselves, however, these are paper so will eventually start flaking off with use. So I've tried to remove them, however they are impossible to remove successfully and I am now left with sticky glue residue. I've tried rubbing alcohol and a number of other things all in vain. How on earth is one supposed to remove these? I'm sorely disappointed that my baby bath is now ruined!

I loved this tub up until we removed the sling when my son turned 9 months and was able to sit up by himself. Every time we've used it since, he has almost slipped under water because the bottom of the tub is SLICK! He's now terrified to be in it and screams the entire time while grabbing at me trying to get out of it. If he just wiggles the wrong way his butt slips out from under him and he's slipping all over the place. We will now be looking for a replacement, unfortunately.

My son was born just under 8 pounds. The first tub I bought him had a baby sling which was useless because it was tiny and did not seem safe at all restraining him. Mosttubs that I looked at in the market had this and were all uselss. Thankfully I came across this tub which my son LOVES! After reviewing and testing different tubs, I feel more comfortable bathing him with yours knowing that it supports him properly. He also is learning how to sit and the adjustable hammock is a godsend as he can sit supported comfortably unlike other tubs that only have the hammock or unsupported sitter features leaving you forced to hold your baby constantly and not able to wash properly. This tub has awesome features and is easy to clean and store. This is the BEST tub design I've seen on the market. I'd gladly have my son model for this brand as we love it! Happy son at bath time equals a happy mom! Thank you Skip Hop! This Mama is spreading the word to her expecting friends as a baby registry must have!!! I'm uploading pics from his first bath time in this tub at 2 months and his most recent pic in it at almost 5 months. My only suggestion is that you create more similar designs and maybe more animals some how. And maybe even a longer design as my son loves it so much and I'll be sad when he outgrow it.

This tub is large and wide to use especially for a well rounded baby.
I like the feature of 3 stages so it is a nice investment. The sling is good quality and perfect for baby that cannot sit yet. I like the durability of
the entire tub. It could use some
standard "texture" on inside of the
tub to prevent a sitting baby from slipping in soapy water. Using a washcloth to lay at the bottom can help or purchasing tub grippers to stick on can also work! I hope Skip Hope do read these reviews to improve their products. It is a wonderful tub and perfect for my use.
